Our conversion weekend is only days away! We go live on the new system on Monday, September 8, 2025. Let's review the important details so you'll know what to expect.
- The current digital banking platform will be in VIEW ONLY mode beginning 5pm EST on Friday, Sept 5. This allows our programmers to begin the transition to transfer all data to the new platform for Monday's conversion date.
- All digital transactions scheduled for Friday, September 5 will process - bill payments, scheduled transfers, etc. No additional transactions will be accepted after 5pm on 9/5/2025.
- Customers will still have Card Controls available within the app. You will be able to lock/unlock your debit and credit cards throughout the weekend - no disruptions.
- Quicken & QuickBooks users - you'll need to follow some special instructions for your data transfer. If you use the account aggregation services, that will be unavailable up to 5 days.
- Cash Management Users - do not submit any wire transfers or ACH files from the old platform with an effective date beyond September 5.
The new digital platform will be available sometime on Monday morning, September 8. If your mobile app makes updates automatically, awesome! If not, you'll need to update the app from your device's app store.
Positive Pay users: Beginning on Monday, September 8, you'll be able to review your exceptions using your app! Thanks for your patience as we worked to add this to our new app!
How can you get ready for a smooth transition?
- Make sure we have your accurate email address and phone number. This helps us convert your current digital banking profile. Our new digital banking system will send you alerts through your transition of services, allowing for the best experience.
- Record your current user ID/name and password. Your user ID/name can either be your 12-digit user ID or the nickname you have given your profile. This will transfer in the conversion, but you'll have to use it for your first login.
- If you need your ID, our Call Center Agents are available seven days a week, from 7am until 8pm. Call us at 770-567-7211.

Need to do your banking during conversion weekend?
Gabby is our Virtual Banker in the Call Center, and she's available 24x7x365, around the clock. Just call her at 770.567.7211 and follow her prompts. She can give you your balance, review transactions recently posted, and transfer funds between accounts. She's a great resource during our conversion weekend, when digital banking services are in VIEW ONLY mode.
Mobile deposit services will be unavailable in the app beginning Friday at 5pm. If you need to make a deposit during conversion weekend, visit our ITM tellers in our drive through lanes. They are available from 7am until 8pm each day.
