United Bank is excited to announce a next level digital banking experience for customers! Whether you're running a small business, a large corporation or simply managing your personal finances, you'll find something to get excited about. New services and options will offer you more control, more connections and greater ease for your everyday banking transactions.
How can you get ready for a smooth transition?
- Make sure the bank has your accurate email address and phone number. This helps us convert your current digital banking profile. Our new digital banking system will send you alerts through your transition of services, allowing for the best experience.
- Record your current user ID/name and password. Your user ID/name can either be your 16-digit user ID or the nickname you have given your profile. This will transfer in the conversion, but you'll have to use it for your first login.
- If your smartphone is programmed for automatic updates, your United Bank app will be automatically updated on conversion day. Otherwise, you'll be required to update your United Bank mobile app manually.
- Business Customers: if you originate ACH batches and wire transfers through your current online cash management, consider doing some clean up. Delete any old templates for wires and ACH files that you don't use anymore. The less that needs to convert, the better!
