Our new digital banking platform is live! Thank you for your patience as we continue to help our customers log in and become familiar with the new features. Here are a few things to remember as you get to know the new online platform and app:
 
  • If your app updates automatically - great! If not, you'll need to update the app through your device's app store
  • Know your username and password. If you don't know your username and password, Gabby, our virtual banker can help you and our Call Center Agents are also available seven days a week, from 7am until 8pm. Call us at 770-567-7211.
  • Make sure we have your accurate email address and phone number.  This helps us convert your current digital banking profile.  Our new digital banking system will send you alerts through your transition of services, allowing for the best experience.
  • Review the FAQs and tutorials linked below for more complex questions.

 
 

Gabby is here to help!

Gabby is our Virtual Banker in the Call Center, and she's available 24x7x365, around the clock.  Just call her at 770.567.7211 and follow her prompts.  She can give you your balance, review transactions recently posted, and transfer funds between accounts.  Most importantly, when you're working with Gabby, there are no hold times!
