Banking by Phone

Automated Phone Banking is available 24x7, 365 days a year.  Simply call 770-567-2400 (also available in Spanish).
 
First time users enroll directly in the system.

Banking by Computer and the Mobile App

Mobile and Online Banking are available 24x7, 365 days a year.  Enroll now.

Users may perform the following every day transactions:

For checking and savings accounts:

View current balance, transfer funds between accounts; Order checks; View stop payments; View and set up both recurring transfers and one-time transfers; View transactions including check images
View statements.

Mobile App users may submit checks for deposit to enrolled accounts. Deposits made after 8pm will post on the following business day.

For Loans:

View current balance, Transfer funds to pay on a loan; View Transactions and payment details; View interest rate and see available credit.
 

For Credit Cards:

View current balance, credit limit/ available credit; View statements (current and previous), next statement date; View all payments and transactions; View next payment date and minimum amount due; View total rewards points earned; Make a payment and add recurring payments & external payments


Add Online Bill Payment:

Pay a merchant, pay a person via email, text, ACH info, or check.
 
View, edit, or schedule payments (including recurring), view pending payments, view payment history.

Banking via TEXT

Send quick text commands for information, available 24x7.

Text ENROLL to 800-658-0899. Or go to the menu on the mobile app and select Text Banking and follow instructions. 

  • BAL - account balance for all accounts registered
  • BAL + {last four of account number} - balance for that account only
  • HIST - last five transactions for all accounts registered
  • HIST + {last four of account number} - last five transactions for that account only
  • XFER + {last four of FROM account number} + {last four of TO account number} + amount including decimal
  • STOP - stop text banking
  • HELP - will text you all command options for text banking

Text Concierge:

Customer Service agents are available 7 days a week from 7am-8pm.  Some responses will be automatically generated.

Automated Notifications:

Set up automated balance alerts and transaction alerts, sent after your debit or credit card is used. Add, manage or delete alerts by choosing the TEXT BANKING option within the mobile app.

If you suspect fraud on your card or your card is lost or stolen you may call 1-855-615-1197 to cancel the card after banking hours.
