Intuit Digital Conversion Instructions

For Quicken® and QuickBooks® Users
United Bank is migrating to a new digital banking system on Monday, September 8, 2025.  This upgrade will require that you make changes to your Quicken or QuickBooks software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.
 
There are two action dates:
 
  • Friday, September 5, 2025 - A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date.  Please make sure to complete the final download BEFORE this date, since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade. 
  • Monday, September 8, 2025 - You'll complete the second set of steps after United Bank's new system is available.  You'll deactivate and reactivate your Quicken/QuickBooks services with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days.  Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.
 
Carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
