We're excited to share our new, upgraded credit card program, launching January 4, 2027. All current Endeavor account cardholders will receive a special invitation to apply, mailed via postal delivery and to the email address on file.
Our goals for the new program are to provide more product options, cash back rewards and interest rate options, so you can select the product that benefits you most, according to your needs. You'll continue to enjoy the support you always find from your trusted community bankers.
Businesses will have several new solutions including purchase cards, fleet cards, virtual cards and ghost cards. Business accounts also have the option to use an advanced expense tracking tool to simplify reporting and reconciliation.

Our current Endeavor customers' invitation includes an application code to fast track your process when you choose the most common product, the Platinum Rewards card. Use the links below to learn more about product options, Terms & Conditions, and links to each product application.
Upon approval, you'll receive an offer to transfer your current Endeavor card balance. Apply by April 9, 2027, and we'll waive the fee for your balance transfer request.
Why is United Bank making this change?
Our Endeavor program was launched in 2016, with a simple product line for both consumers and businesses. Our accounts offered rewards points for travel, gift cards and more. Today's programs offer much more, so we searched for a partner who would allow us to upgrade the offering while still managing the program.
Will my card number change in the new program?
Yes, your new United Bank credit card under the Apex Card program will have a new account number and card number. If you have any automatic payments that post to your Endeavor card currently, you'll need to provide your new card number to those companies.
Will this new credit card have Tap to Pay, Contactless technology?
Yes! And we also encourage you to load it into your mobile phone's wallet for the highest level of tokenization security.
Can I transfer my current Endeavor balance to my new account?
Yes! Upon approval, you'll be given access to the card portal where you can request your balance transfer. If you apply by April 9, 2027, your balance transfer fee will be waived as a courtesy.
Do I have to use all of my Endeavor reward points before switching to my new account?
No, every customer will have access to redeem points until June 9, 2027, regardless of when they begin their new account.
Can I still make my credit card payment in a United Bank branch?
Yes, all United Bank offices can accept payments in the new program. Multiple payment options include automatic debit, online banking, the mobile app, or by phone or mail.
Can I order extra cards on my account for family?
Yes, extra cards for your family members are available at no additional cost.
If I select a cash back rewards product, how do I receive the cash rewards?
Redeem cash back rewards for a direct deposit to your checking account or a statement credit to your card account.
Do I have to complete the application process? Why can't you just move my account automatically?
We wish we could do all of the work for you, but unfortunately we can't. Plus, with all of these new options, we want you to choose the product that will work best for you.
Will this process prompt a new credit inquiry against my credit record?
Yes, this application will include a credit history pull.
Will United Bank continue to offer a secured credit card program?
Yes, there is a secured card option for both consumers and small businesses. If you currently have a secured Endeavor card with United Bank, our credit card staff will be reaching out directly to complete your application process manually.
