Electronic Statements Electronic statement enrollment is now available online. Follow these simple steps to set up your accounts to receive statements electronically. Step 1Log in to online banking by clicking the "Do Your Banking" link in the menu on the left side of this page. Step 2Click on the "Options" tab at the top of the screen.
Click on the "Electronic Statements" tab.
The fields on the following page are described below.
#1) Email verification. You will be required to respond to an email to successfully enroll in electronic statements. Verify that we have an accurate email address for you and follow the instructions above to change if necessary. #2) Enable Electronic Statements - Here you can choose the checking and/or savings accounts for which you would like to receive electronic statements. #3) Next - Depending on how many accounts you have and your display preferences, you may see the "Next" button on your screen. This button will allow you to go to the next page displaying other accounts you have. Select the accounts you wish to enroll from the first page and then click next to select other accounts if this applies to you. #4) Statement Format - This option selects the default format in which your statements will be displayed. You will have the option to view your statement in any format you wish once signed in to online banking. Once you have verified your email address, selected your accounts and selected your default statement type, click "Submit". Step 5:You are now presented a disclosure allowing us to convert your statement to electronic delivery. You may choose to print a copy for your records. Click "I Agree" to process your request.
You are now presented with a confirmation screen showing the accounts you enrolled in electronic statements. No further action is required on this screen. You may continue with your other online banking tasks or log off at this time. Check your email for a message from our server requesting confirmation of your enrollment. You must click on the confirmation link in order to complete enrollment. When your enrollment is complete, the status beside each of your enrolled accounts will change from "Pending Confirmation" to "Confirmed".
Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled in Electronic Statements.
