| Job Summary |
| Assists with the administration of accounts, investment research, marketing and client care plan. Has direct contact with customers, beneficiaries, and other professionals. |
| Job Functions |
- Maintains the buy/hold list of equity and mutual funds on a monthly basis.
- Prepares the portfolio characteristic document for use at Investment/Trust Committee, client and prospect meetings.
- Reviews and integrates various research resources from various vendors into a useable summary form.
- Generates economic and investment data for use at Investment/Trust Committee and at new business calls and for existing customer presentations.
- Assists with Internet research for the Chief Investment Officer.
- Secures information on securities, particularly fixed income, available for purchase from and sell to brokers/traders.
- Maintain Will File.
- Responsible for Investment/Trust Committee - prepare agendas, slides and handouts for meeting, e-mail members of upcoming meetings and prepare minutes to be approved and filed in Committee Notebook.
- Assist with marketing projects.
- Prepare monthly Alpha graphs for Chief Investment Officer.
- Maintains Investment Scorecard Reports for all accounts and reports quarterly returns to Investment/Trust Committee.
- Prepare reports for client and prospect meetings.
- Assist Trust Officers in administration of accounts.
- Files, photocopies, researches or obtains information needed by clients and Trust Officers.
- Where appropriate, deal directly with clients to help meet their needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

| Job Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
- Limited knowledge of general business, including familiarity with basic accounting concepts, finance and investments, and mathematical/analytical aptitude.
- Must exhibit strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Possesses problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with the use of Excel and other computer programs.
- Knowledge of investment terminology preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Organizational skills and the ability to track multiple projects a must.
- Ability to exercise judgment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work with aggressive, goal orientated individuals under continual deadlines in a professional atmosphere.
- Demonstrate a "team" attitude toward the bank and coworkers.
- Successful completion of in-house training and orientation.
- Handle sensitive information of the bank and customers in confidence.
- Display a high degree of character and ethics.
- Represent the bank in a professional manner within the community.
- Comply with the bank's internal Personnel Policy.
- Sign release to allow United Bank to perform a credit and criminal background check. Must have, and maintain a satisfactory personal financial record and background history.
- Professional dress and demeanor required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
